Halcon Furniture Site
In mid 2013, while working for the MPLS agency Atomic, I was chosen to build the frontend for the beautiful Halcon Furniture website.

Role
Senior Frontend Developer
Approach
Use a fluid layout so that the site always fills the screen. This allows Halcon to show off their beautiful products through high resolution imagery.
Used
jQuery, Handlebars, LESS
Supported
Modern desktop browsers, iPad tablets
Development Specifics
The fullscreen image carousel and dropdown select components were written from scratch because none of the open-source libraries provided the flexibility we needed.
Outcome
A bold, easy to use website that takes advantage of Halcon's existing library of great product photography. Site designed by Bryan Ische.
